iPhone 3G 3.0 unlock! As you know the Dev Team have been working on the iPhone 3G 3.0 unlock on 3.0 firmware. They called this new software, or package ultrasn0w as you may already know already. Well now they have finally released it, after saying it would be released on Friday last week. So iPhone 3G users may now download ultrasn0w from cydia via a new repo. So just click above for the full guide.
First you must remember this is only for iPhone 3G users! Not normal iPhone users on iPhone 3G S users. So keep that in mind please.
Now add this source to Cydia or Icy:

Next, you should go to changes and download ultrasn0w which will come up at the top. Once you have install place in your Sim Card and and reboot your iPhone.
Finally in a few secounds your new carrier logo will come up at the top of your iPhone where the old one was eg. AT&T.
Note: Turn off the 3G because some carriers don’t work with 3G and could cause different problems. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Network > Disable 3G Connection.
